Hey everyone,
Took the new 2025 Tacoma Trailhunter out this week and things got a little… messy. Ended up completely buried in 2 feet of mud
. Luckily, I had Maxtrax boards on deck and the Trailhunter’s power did the rest.
I filmed everything with the drone — so you get the full view of how deep this mud pit really was and how the truck fought its way out.
This video drops today, Sunday August 31st 2025 at 1:30 PM EST. Hope you guys enjoy this, it was fun!

Curious to hear from the community:
- Would you risk pushing a new Trailhunter into mud this deep?
- What recovery gear do you always keep with you on the trail?
This was my first real recovery with the 2025, and I think it proved a lot about what this truck can do.
