I installed the Icon Stage 2 system on my 2022 TRD Off-Road about 12 months and 18k miles ago. Here's my honest long-term review.

The good:

  • On-road ride quality is dramatically better than stock — it soaks up highway expansion joints and potholes
  • Off-road confidence is through the roof — I can hit whoops at speed without bottoming out
  • The adjustable coilovers let me dial in ride height perfectly for my tire size

The not-so-good:

  • Installation was $800 at a shop (I'd budget for professional install unless you're experienced)
  • The rear leaf pack is stiff when unloaded — rides rough around town when the bed is empty
  • Total cost with install was close to $3,000

Would I buy it again? Absolutely yes. It transformed the truck. But I'd recommend the Stage 3 if your budget allows — the rear remote reservoir shocks address the unloaded ride issue.

Agree on everything here. I went Stage 3 and the resi rears make a world of difference when the bed is empty. Worth the extra $400.

How's the alignment holding up? I've heard some people have camber issues after lifting with Icons.
